Hike Location:

Croton Gorge Park - 35 Yorktown Road, Croton-On-Hudson, NY 10520 (Off Rte 129 (Yorktown Rd) Meet at the lower parking area lot at the bottom of the Dam when you enter the park. (NOT the smaller parking on Croton Dam Rd at the Top of Dam)

Hike Details: Difficulty Level: Easy, Elevation: 180 Ft, total approx. 6 miles loop 2.5 - 3 hours. The trail is flat most of the way. Beginners and all levels welcome! We will begin and enjoy the Stone Dam and Waterfall from the bottom in the Croton Gorge Park, then proceed onto the Aqueduct Trailway to enjoy the Fall colors and continue for 3 miles before turning back onto the Top of the Dam walkway for beautiful views of the waterfall, reservoir and trees. From the top we will continue back down to the Croton Gorge Park bottom of the Dam parking.

What to bring: Must wear Hiking boots (no sneakers) as it can be rocky or muddy in some parts of the trail. Bring Sunscreen, Bug spray, Poles (not required for this hike) Bring plenty of drinks and snacks.
