Adult Yoga

Awaken and restore the body with this total body workout targeting and toning muscles while elevating the heart rate. The yoga class is appropriate for the experienced yoga student as well as the novice. Please bring props - yoga straps, bolsters or pillows, eye pillows and a yoga mat.
