The actual tour will run from 10/3-10/18.

I have chosen the first Saturday on 10/3 before HBCU’s homecomings kickoff.

THIS IS A FREE EVENT!

If you want to carpool, please be at parking lot no later than 11:30 am. Bring cash to share gas expenses with driver and a face mask in case you are requested to wear one.

The homes do not allow shoes. Wear socks if removing your shoes. Also bring water and snacks, we will be out for hours.

We will take a midday lunch break before concluding our tour.

This is Children/Family Friendly; supervision is the parent’s responsibility. Please note, the tour homes do not have public lavatories.

The event is generally rain or shine but if the forecast has soggy weather, thunderstorms or flash floods, then I will cancel.

The Tour Book isn’t released until the end of September. Some sites may still be closed to the public because aren’t completed or has already been sold.

You will receive the map tour the evening before our departure. I am planning to tour Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina two of the most affordable towns to buy as a first time buyer.

Plus there continues to be a lot of commercial and residential development here and since our last visit they have several connectors to the toll-road for easier navigation.
