This year we’ll be celebrating the centennials of jazz greats John Coltrane and Miles Davis! Come swing the ABC’s in John Coltrane style and make sweet music with the phrase “So What” as Miles Davis so beautifully did. Get ready to tap your feet and learn some tap dancing moves as we stomp to the beat. And, it wouldn’t be the Washington Heights Jazz Festival without a performance of “The Three Jazzy Pigs”! Jarrett Walser, Drums; Mark Kross, Piano; Rick Strong, Bass; Berta Moreno, Saxophone; Austin Ford, Trumpet; Orlando Hernandez, Tap Made possible with support from Medical Center Nursery School
