Shift Into Total Relaxation 💗Calm Your Nervous System: The steady, gentle sounds we play tell your body that it is safe to relax. It lowers your heart rate and slows your breathing, taking you out of stressful "fight-or-flight" mode and putting you into a deep state of rest.

🤫 Quiet Your Busy Mind: The sound frequencies we play naturally slow down your busy mind. They shift your brain from a state of high alert into the same deeply relaxed, dreamy state you experience during deep meditation or right before you fall asleep.

🤲 As A Group We Experience a Sense of Comfort: There is a unique comfort in relaxing deeply alongside other people. Being in a room where everyone is quiet and sharing the same peaceful energy makes you feel supported and less alone.
