A time for Dynamic Balance of harvest and gratitude, reflection, release and rebirth, growth and expansion. Join us on the effervescent grounds of Spiral House to amplify this highly energetic, very auspicious time of year. We will practice a bit of movement, a very special Meditation and end with a long deep relaxation to the healing vibrations of the Gong. No experience required. Feel comfortable and show up. All are welcome including children. Leave feeling energized, relaxed, and inspired.

Please dress comfortably and be mindful that we will be outside the entire time.

Please bring mat/blankets anything else you may need to sit on the grounds outside.
