About this event
a relationship between a mother and a daughter is special and complex. as a yoga therapist, herbalist and ritualist specializing in mental health and with a mother who is a psychotherapist, I know the importance of a strong and honest mother daughter relationship. it begins with openness, vulnerability and willingness. it begins with conversations. those conversations are often challenging and uncomfortable; but once you break through the barrier, they are immensely rewarding and impactful. this monthly ritual is an opportunity to break through those barriers together - in a supportive, open, non-judgmental space. bring your mother, bring your daughter, or come on your own, and join us for a cup of tea as we navigate the terrain of mother daughter relationships.
