Join us for an evening of movement, sound healing and community under the glow of the full moon.

We'll gather at Bay View Park (South Shore) for an all-levels yoga practice followed by a deeply restorative sound bath experience overlooking Lake Michigan. Whether you're looking to release stress, reconnect with yourself or simply enjoy a beautiful summer evening outdoors, this is an opportunity to slow down, breathe and soak in the energy of the season.
